Support Driven Summit Amsterdam is taking shape, and we’re excited to introduce the first group of speakers joining us June 2 to 4.
This is a focused gathering of support and customer experience leaders, and this first set of voices reflects the kind of practical, experience-led conversations we want to bring to the stage.
Here’s who’s been announced so far:
Julia Matviichuk (Chief Customer Success Officer, Taimi) will share perspectives from leading customer success at a global platform, including how teams can better support diverse customer communities while driving meaningful outcomes.
Conor Pendergrast (Founder, CustomerSuccess.cx) brings deep experience working with B2B SaaS teams and will speak to what actually makes support systems effective beyond tools and surface-level improvements.
Grace James (Principal Strategic Program Manager, Intercom) will explore how strategic programs can help connect support with product and the wider business to drive better decisions.
