Panel Session: Support as a Revenue Driver in High-Compliance Industries

Wednesday, October 29 | 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM
Join us for an engaging discussion on how support teams in high-compliance sectors can become powerful revenue drivers. Hosted by TextExpander, this session will be moderated by Greg Walder, CRO at TextExpander, and will explore strategies, real-world examples, and tools that transform compliance challenges into growth opportunities.


Call for more on-site volunteers

We are looking to fill the following on-site volunteer roles:

Volunteer Coordinator

  • Point of escalation for any issues that arise.

  • Organize setup of food deliveries and coffee.

  • Makes sure the volunteer team during their shift is active and on point.

Slido Control and Slide Manager

  • Manage the slide decks for the event.

  • Reset slido Q&A board after each speaker.

Registration

  • Welcome attendees, hand out badges, and set the tone for a great event.

Runners

  • A flexible, support-based role to handle any unexpected needs or logistical tasks during the event.

  • For those interested (make sure you are physically attending the event), please fill out the volunteer form and don't forget to indicate your preferred role and shift schedule (preferred day, morning/afternoon shift). Also let us know if you are willing to take on more than one role.

  • Also note that volunteer roles are not intensive, you will definitely have time to engage and participate in the talks.
