The next Support Driven Leadership Summit will be held in San Diego, CA on March 26-27, 2024.

Support Driven Leadership Summit brings Heads of Support teams together to tackle their immediate challenges and grow their professional network of leaders in Customer Support. Leadership Summit is a small group experience designed to enable meaningful connections before, during, and after the event.

While AI seemed to dominate the overall industry conversation in 2023, we found another common theme bubbling up within the community, especially with these talks from our Leadership Summits:

  • Navigating the Transition from Free Support to Paid Services: A Guide to Maximizing Your Team's Value

  • The Five Finance Love Languages: How to Talk to Your CFO about Support

  • The ROI of Support Leadership: Communicating your Bottom Line Impact to the C-Level

  • Resilient Leadership: Navigating Layoffs and Reduced Budgets

We want to lean in and focus on this theme of Transforming Customer Support from Cost Center to Value Driver in 2024. Our goal is for Leadership Summit to continue to be a place where people with a common interest in driving value for their company come together so we can learn from each other and move the industry forward.

Call for Proposals (CFP): Talks

We’re looking for 20-minute talks that fit within the theme of Transforming Customer Support from Cost Center to Value Driver.

  • Being at the Executive Table

  • Working with CFO's and Budgets

  • Cross-Company Collaboration and Alignment

  • Operations and Value Creation

  • Investing in Professional Development

Key Dates

  • Round 1

    • January 10th - Call for Proposals Opens - Round 1

    • January 15th - Applications close at Midnight PST

    • You will be notified about the status of your proposal so you can choose to participate in round 2 - if applicable.

  • Round 2

    • January 18th - Call for Proposals Opens - Round 2

    • January 25th - Applications close at Midnight PST

  • January 31st - All Accepted Speakers Announced

  • February 19th - Speakers & Talk Editors Begin Working Together

  • March 18th - Final Slides & Recordings Due

  • March 26th - 27th - Support Driven Leadership Summit 2024 in San Diego, CA

As a speaker, you will receive the following:

  • A complimentary ticket for you so you can participate in the full event as an attendee, as well.

  • Talk Development Program

    • You aren't on your own - all speakers at Leadership Summit get to work with a Talk Editor to get feedback and support as you prepare your presentation as part of our Talk Development Program. Leading up to the event, you’ll have direct support to work through your ideas, slide format, speaking approach, etc. to help you be successful!

If we accept your application, you agree:

  • You will adhere to our Code of Conduct

  • You (or your employer) will cover your travel and accommodation

  • We may use your name and photo to promote the conference

  • We may record your talk and slides (audio, video, photography) for use in social media, marketing, sales, and distribution
