Meet Some of the First Voices Joining Support Driven Expo Chicago 2026

Support Driven Expo Chicago 2026 is bringing together support leaders, operators, and practitioners from around the world for our biggest annual gathering focused on the future of customer support.

Taking place August 24 - 26, the event will feature 50+ sessions covering AI, leadership, operations, and team performance, alongside opportunities to connect with others shaping the industry.

We’re excited to introduce some of the first speakers joining the lineup:

  1. Cora Van Leeuwen (Technical Support Specialist, Attio) will share practical ways teams can use AI to clean up and improve messy knowledge bases without spending months rebuilding documentation from scratch.

  2. Anna Brozek (CEO, Big Cartel) will explore the realities of leadership burnout and how the emotional state of leaders directly influences team culture, performance, and resilience.

  3. Reagan Helms (VP of Customer Experience, Planning Center) will break down a simple but effective framework for running stronger 1:1s, helping managers create more consistent and meaningful conversations with their teams.

  4. Jen Martin (Director of Marketing and Partnerships, Instant Teams) will examine why community should be treated as a core customer experience strategy, and how it can strengthen retention, empathy, and collaboration across organizations.
