Support Driven New York Summit is starting to take shape, and we're excited to introduce the first group of speakers joining us this October.
This year's lineup brings together experienced support and customer experience leaders who are tackling some of the biggest challenges facing our industry today, from hiring and AI adoption to support operations and team design. Expect practical insights, real world experiences, and ideas you can put into action.

Neil Smith (VP of Technical Support, Iterable) will share a practical approach to building a stronger hiring process, covering everything from designing interview panels to creating better questions that help identify great support talent.
Andrea Gao (Co-Founder, Signal Analytics) will introduce a four step framework for redesigning customer experience workflows around AI, helping teams move beyond automation with a realistic implementation roadmap.
Anastasiia Rybalko (Head of CX Operations, Manychat) will explore how support teams can evolve alongside AI by creating an expert human layer that delivers the value automation cannot.
Rossana Menezes (Technical Support Engineer, Automattic) will share a practical framework for enabling support teams to solve customer issues more effectively, strengthen collaboration with engineering, and confidently adopt AI assisted workflows.
