A Year of Connection: Support Driven’s 2025 Recap

As we look back on 2025, one thing is clear: our community showed up with intention, generosity, and a real desire to support one another. Across multiple cities and conversations, we came together to learn, share, and build meaningful connections that go far beyond any single event.


A Year of Coming Together

Through in-person gatherings and ongoing online conversations, we continued doing what Support Driven does best,  helping people grow their careers, find their voice, and feel less alone in the work of customer support.

In 2025, we hosted three events, bringing together:

  • 88 speakers and talks

  • 20 sponsors

  • Approximately 250 attendees


Our 2025 Events

1. Expo 2025, Las Vegas

Expo 2025 in Las Vegas was our largest gathering of the year, bringing together a wide range of voices from across the support ecosystem.

From tactical sessions to big-picture conversations, Expo was full of honest discussions about what’s working, what’s challenging, and how we can continue building better support organizations together. It was also a space where first-time speakers shared the stage alongside seasoned leaders, creating a truly inclusive learning experience.

2. Summit 2025, Austin

Our Austin Summit offered a more intimate setting while still delivering powerful conversations and meaningful connections.

  • 14 speakers and talks 

Austin gave community members space to dive deeper into shared challenges, exchange ideas, and connect in a way that felt personal and grounded. The smaller scale created room for thoughtful discussions and moments that reminded us how impactful it can be to learn together.

3. Summit 2025, San Francisco

The San Francisco Summit closed out our events with energy, curiosity, and thoughtful dialogue about the future of support.

  • 7 sponsors

  • 121 attendees

From leadership growth to emerging trends in customer support, San Francisco was filled with conversations that balanced inspiration with real-world experience. It was a reminder that the future of support is being shaped right now by the people doing the work every day.


Growing Beyond Our Events

While our in-person events were a huge part of 2025, our community continued to grow well beyond them.

This year, we:

  • Reached 10,000 newsletter subscribers

  • Grew to 18,000+ members in our Slack community

  • Connected with 7,000+ followers on LinkedIn

These numbers reflect something deeper than growth; they represent support professionals around the world finding each other, sharing knowledge, and showing up with empathy and generosity every day.


What We Saw This Year

Behind every number is a real person and a real moment of growth. In 2025, we saw:
