SD Expo Americas is the place to experience the online Support Driven community in real life. With more than 75 talks and workshops, plus community-organized meetups, Expo Americas brings together hundreds of people from Support Driven to share how we’re solving problems and moving the industry and our careers forward. We’re gathering some of the best folks in customer support to help you take the next step as a professional, leader, and in your career.
Support Driven Expo Americas is for:
- Support professionals looking to learn a new skill or develop an existing one.
- Leaders of support teams and departments motivated to move their teams forward and to prepare for what’s next in customer support.
- Newcomers to the support industry who are curious about a career in customer support.
- People who want to meet other support professionals.

SD Expo Americas is a multi-track event that will include 20-minute talks and 45-minute interactive workshops. At any given time there will be up to six talks and workshops occurring simultaneously in separate rooms. Topics at SD Expo will range from career development to leadership, from tools to data and metrics, and everything in between.
If you would to speak at SD Expo Americas, please submit your proposal before February 15, 2019.We hope to have the schedule built out by the end of April 2019.
