You will provide support for our customers (corporate travelers booking flights, hotels, cars), primarily through chat and email, by serving as our product expert. You will also work closely with our Travel Agent, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless experience from the start. If you get excited about delivering outstanding, memorable experiences, facilitating creative solutions, and delighting customers (travelers) at every turn, this is the role for you.
While supporting travelers, you will hone your technical and organizational skills, while also learning the art of prioritization. You will be responsible for the success and satisfaction of travelers, while escalating and resolving technical, product, or travel issues.
Respond to all customer support inquiries through our ticketing system (Intercom) and delegate to travel agents as necessary
Ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish
Engage with our Product and Engineering teams when there are technical support issues
Log types of issues via tags and iterate on tagging process
Create help desk articles, canned responses, and product trainings
Be the product expert and have the ability to answer any questions our customers throw at you with a smile
1-2 years client-facing, customer support experience
Experience with Intercom, or other modern Help Desk systems (FrontApp, Zendesk, etc)
A fantastic listener with endless patience and high empathy
Experience interacting with clients with varying levels of technical savvy
Incredible organization skills and attention to detail
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Highly analytical & data driven thinker
Comfortable with ambiguity and asking questions
Experience with Google Apps
