Mario works to protect, support, and grow digital communities. He is currently the Head of Customer Operations at Grindr, the world’s largest social network for gay, bi, trans, and queer people. At Grindr he manages and develops the organization’s global Customer Operations capabilities, including customer support, customer insights, trust & safety, content moderation, and policy. Previously, he led Customer Experience efforts at LivingSocial and Tala. He also previously worked at TaskUs, a business process outsourcer, to advise and support fast-growing companies like Ring, Tile, and Gilt to grow offshore support operations.
Nykki is a consultant and customer-focused professional who has been working in tech startups since 2009. She currently serves as Head of Customer Success at Figma, a collaborative interface design tool. She’s led several other teams including at Le Tote, ipsy, and LoyalTree Rewards. She strongly believes in compassionate leadership, clear communication, and mindful action. She’s also a craft beer enthusiast, music lover, and a terrible surfer.
